Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Discounted or clearance items
Customized or personalized products
Opened health supplements for hygiene reasons
Items damaged by improper use

3. How to Return

To start a return, please contact us at leolee7export@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return. We will respond with return instructions within 24–48 hours.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, wrong item, etc.).
